In July 2024, a client find us from our online shop who is looking for 90x50x18ft warehouse.

After discussion, we found the design he like.

After providing quotation, the feedback from client is out of his budget.

Under the same design condition and style of building, we lower the size of building to 60x40x18ft with half of brick wall.

This is the final design of building which client prefer.

After deal, we provided the construction drawing for him to confirm the production details.

When we confirmed everything, we forward to production, and when the production forward to a half, the client tell us he want a mezzanine inside.

Add mezzanine need re-design the size of beam and column, but the size of building parts already decided and in production, can not be changed.

Under this urgent situation, to help client find his dream building without pity, our engineer team discussed and suggested client set up an independent mezzanine which will not affect the structure.

Soon we reached an agreement and continue production.

On roof, and wall, client choose dark gray and silver gray.
