Shot balsting

Sand blasting (shot). Sand blasting (shot) should choose dry quartz sand, particle size is 1.5-4.0mm, wind pressure is 0.4-6N/m2, nozzle diameter Φ10mm, nozzle distance from the steel surface 100~150mm, the steel surface after processing is the best gray.

After sand blasting, the material will be galvanized or painted, which will be stronger and better.

2.Steel structure paint

The primer should be fully dried after brushing, and the general drying time is about 24 hours.
